Libertyville, Illinois

This award winning project consists of three hundred and forty acid etched, off-white exterior architectural precast concrete panels (over 31,000 sq. ft.) to enclose the medical facility’s exterior. In addition, many of the uniquely articulated precast panels are self-supporting, meaning that the precast vertical loads are supported directly by the foundation walls rather than by the structural framework itself - lowering structural framing cost.
