Specialty precast pieces are an excellent way of achieving a unique façade to any structure. The distinctive architectural detail seen on the spandrels was achieved with a specially designed form liner.
Because the parking structure was built at the main entrance of an operating casino, one of the challenges was the precise coordination of traffic control during all phases of this project. Precast allowed the garage to be scheduled around the owner’s needs, while still maintaining overall schedule.
