In July of 2004, Duke Realty Corporation announced plans to develop Phase IV of Centre Pointe Office Park in West Chester Township, OH. The project, constructed by Duke Construction began on January 15, 2005. The 4-story, 134,628 square foot office building was 90.6 percent leased when it opened in November, 2005. Because of West Chester’s strong and active office market, Duke Construction began Phase V on March 15, 2006 and is scheduled to be completed by March 2007. The original three office buildings were brick masonry construction. However, the exterior of Phases IV and V are constructed with brick inlay architectural precast panels which offer the traditional appearance of brick with added benefits and design options.
