When the Design Group Inc. wanted to design a Parking Garage that complemented the new OSERS Employees Retirement Services Office Building they turned to architectural precast concrete panels. The architect wanted to complement the new office building that was faced with natural stone material. Considerng the different systems of claddings that are available, including truss supported natural stone material architectural precast concrete panels were selected as a great choice to complement the building, lower construction cost, and reduce construction time. The precast panels also created a very durable exterior skin for the garage.

Technical Note: The Parking Garage is cladded with 212 pieces or 18,374 Square Feet of Architectural Precast Concrete Panels made in the form of spandrel panels, column covers, and trim units, These precast units were designed to blend in with the office building façade and were comprised of two distinct colors.
