Specialty precast pieces can be an excellent bridge between old and new, and Ross Ade Stadium is a beautiful example. With the integration of the new structure with old structures on campus, new components were designed and produced to match the existing red brick and limestone features of the existing campus buildings.
This was a two-phase project that was constructed between football seasons without interrupting the games scheduled. The precast pieces were produced at PCI Certified Plants, and were ready to install as soon as the football season ended. Precast concrete products offer design flexibility and a reliable, all-weather construction schedule.
