T he University of Michigan has had nothing but “rave reviews” for the architectural shear-precast wall members which require intricate form-work, coloring, and blasting.
The Ann Street Parking Structure is a 190,000 square-foot,
seven story, five-hundred thirty five car deck on a very
tight site in downtown Ann Arbor. With over 500
pieces in the job, not one piece was rejected due
to quality and all fit cleanly into place.
Thus keeping the project on schedule.
