Beilouny Luxury Properties developed the project of a multi-use building with underground parking garage, one retail level and four levels of Luxury Condos. The design team overcame many requirements which included, long spans and transferred loading, and approval by the Indianapolis Historical District. The solution is a total precast design that was produced by Mid South Prestress, a PCI Certified Producer, and erected by Hoosier Prestress, a PCI Certified Erector.
