Erected and Grouted in Only Three DaysHomewood Suites

Precast concrete provides a number of functional and aesthetic needs for exterior and interior wall systems. With the location of Homewood Suites beside railroad tracks, the owners wanted to provide a quiet environment for their guests. Hoosier Prestress constructed the hotel with precast concrete which has an outstanding sound insulation value.

Concrete is also inherently fire resistant, which provides a 2-hour fire rating between the floors of the hotel. These benefits provide a high degree of safety to the owner and occupants. Hoosier Prestress
