This Elegant, old-world style 8 Story Luxury Condominium Building in the heart of downtown Indianapolis was built on a tight site, with an aggressive construction schedule. Precast hollowcore floor panels on a structural steel frame offered the developer fast construction with maximum floor space flexibility for each of the 64 individual condominium units.
