The Woodlawns

The 20,000 square foot Woodlawns was the first foray into the low-rise multifamily residential market for Dukane Precast, using its innovative double-wall system after previously using the system on single-family homes and an 86-unit assisted living facility. The brick pattern-imprinted and painted double-wall of the condominium complex helped the condo in Chicago blend with the surrounding neighborhood of brick exteriors. Approximately 80 double-wall wall panels, 40 double-wall floor panels, four stairs and six balconies/landings were produced per building.
